Sozioökonomisches Monitoring (SÖM) des Tourismus im Nationalpark Harz

Since 2025: Project Member
Third-party funded project that determines the socio-economic value creation of tourism in the Harz National Park.

DokTour: Arbeits- und Lebensbedingungen von Promovierenden mit tourismuswissenschaftlichem Forschungsschwerpunkt in Deutschland

Cooperation project between Hochschule Harz and the Deutsches Institut für Tourismusforschung (DITF) at Fachhochschule Westküste.

Past Projects

Klimafußabdruck des Tourismus im Harz

2025: Project Lead
Funded from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025 by the Ministerium für Wissenschaft, Energie, Klimaschutz und Umwelt des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt (Anschubfinanzierung für Neuberufene), within the Forschungsschwerpunkt “Nachhaltige Regionale Entwicklung und Transformation” (FSP-NaRET) at Hochschule Harz. The project quantified the carbon footprint of tourism in the Harz region in cooperation with the start-up Bilanzschmiede. First results were presented at the Internationale Grüne Woche Berlin in January 2026.
